About Me
I started my digital marketing journey in 2020, yes, right in the middle of a global pandemic. At 20 years old, not exactly the smoothest entry point, but navigating such a fast-shifting landscape from day one probably shaped the way I work: adaptable, curious, and always figuring things out.
I built my foundations across digital agencies before moving in-house at Coolbox, one of Peru’s biggest consumer electronics and tech retailers, with over 150 stores nationwide and a fast-growing ecommerce operation. That chapter was genuinely one of my favourites. I got to sit right alongside the development team, deep in GTM setups, running tests, debugging tracking, and pushing the performance of their ecommerce site further than it had been before. It was hands-on, collaborative, and exactly the kind of environment where I thrive. I love that intersection between marketing and tech, where the data actually tells you something real.
One thing that’s always been true about me: I’m constantly learning. I genuinely enjoy keeping my mind active and finding new ways to grow. That drive is what eventually led me to take a pretty big leap.
At 23, I packed up and moved to Australia. I wanted to explore the world and take my career somewhere global. I spent time discovering Sydney, Queensland, and Adelaide before landing in Port Lincoln, South Australia, where I joined Woof Media, a tourism-focused marketing agency, managing client dashboards across Looker Studio and GA4. It was a great experience, and a very different pace of life.
In January 2024, I made the move to Melbourne. Coming from Lima, I was craving that faster city energy, and Melbourne delivered. I joined Sport Group, and honestly, I loved this role from the very first brief. The work is multi-dynamic, tracking and optimising across Google Ads, GA4, Shopify, Meta Pixel, and more. What really got me excited was seeing how connecting and fine-tuning all of these platforms from the ground up has a direct, measurable impact on sales, conversion, and overall online channel performance. That full-picture view is what I’m all about.
Outside of work, I have a lot of interests and I genuinely value real human connection. I’m also currently deep into learning how to work with AI, Claude (big fan, honestly), Gemini, ChatGPT, and exploring how these tools can make the work smarter and more creative.
